Change starts with a single step

The term workshop applies to the personal growth work that happens, and the term training applies more formally to the training/instruction/practice and understanding you will also be receiving in the underlying dynamics, philosophy, methodology, and inherent structure of this powerful experiential group work. Since I have not been able to clearly separate out these two terms, as both happen and enliven one another, I have lately been using the terms workshop and training interchangeably. However, if you are seeking training credits for the work you do with us, please let me know before hand so that your hours can be tracked.
